The native Time Estimate field is currently translated as ‘Durata stimata’, which is misleading because it suggests calendar duration rather than estimated effort (man-hours). This translation creates confusion for project managers when planning workloads. A more accurate and consistent translation would be ‘Effort stimato’ or ‘Impegno Stimato’.
