Yes, we need this feature! Oftentimes, we have our internal deadline to buy ourselves some "just in case" time, but the due date for the client is not for another few days. It would be spectacular if we had two customizable date properties where we could add "soft/internal/whatever you want to call it" date and another "hard/client/etc" due date.

Me too! The Due Date is when the person assigned should deliver the task by to avoid excessive workload, but it might be able to slip to accommodate a more urgent task, but need to see a Deadline date the task cannot be slipped past.

Exactly what I’m looking for too! It’s good to be transparent, but you don’t always want to show everything. Instead of making a set fields for internal and external deadlines, CLICKUP could just make date fields operational (e.g., mappable into the calendar, set as “real” due date, etc.). This would both solve the issue and provide unlimited flexibility across other use cases.
