Intercom Integration is lacking

Additional features should be optionally set-able when you make use of the Intercom/Clickup integration.
eg. copying a message to the task from intercom or attachments from the intercom chat.
It would also be useful for Clickups' app inside Intercom to @mention you in a note when a task that is tied to your conversation is updated/changes status.
eg. "@name - the task <task_name> linked to this conversation has been updated. Please review and update the customer on Intercom if necessary"
Finally, being able to capture custom fields from inside the intercom widget would be great. Bonus points if we can specify certain variables to automatically copy data through.

The intercom integration is missing some key features:
- The client's name and company are not automatically added to the ticket in ClickUp.
- Title and description: It would be helpful if these could be copied directly from the Intercom ticket.
- When using Zapier to create tickets automatically, it often fails to work correctly.
- A ticket is linked to a user rather than a specific Intercom ticket, so if the same user reports a new bug, the old ticket remains linked instead of creating a new one.

+1: Add Clickup as an option in Intercom workflows/automations
It would be very helpful if you could expand your integration to the workflows and automations in Intercom.
For example, to be able to create tasks in clickup automatically to come list with some Intercom variables to choose. Like in Jira (attaching the screenshot of how we can automate the task creation in Jira).
It would help us automate the following process:
- a customer contacts us in Intercom, and the person who is supposed to process their request is not on Intercom and works in Clickup.
- Upon receiving a ticket, we could send it to Clickup along with the details specified in variables, and close it right away without manual work at all.
- The responsible person would then receive a task to contact the customer and view the conversation right from Clickup.

Another thing that is missing: using the Clickup integration for Tracker Tickets.
Tracker tickets are specifically available in Intercom to log bugs and feature requests: exactly the things that we are managing in Clickup and where the ability to create/sync tasks in Clickup makes most sense.

Create the ability to complete a Clickup form through the Intercom integration. For example, we have a form submission on our Clickup board that creates the ticket for us. We need the ability to complete this form through the Intercom Clickup "Create a task" feature.

When linking tasks to ClickUp the integration adds a comment that says "Intercom Conversation: <url>" but we use email heavily and it would be really helpful if the conversation subject was used as the anchor text in this ClickUp comment rather than just the raw url. Thanks!

It would be very helpful to add assignees to a task while creating the task in Intercom. currently, only title and description are offered.

The ability to set up custom fields capturing in Intercom integration is a 'must have' for us, would be great if this feature can be supported! As with current limitations our team would need to manually post-process all the tasks created through this integration. Hopefully, this change request will get prioritized sooner! :)

We would like to add fields to our ClickUp Intercom Widget- currently we can only add title, description and have to open the task to input more information gathered.
