I want to make a minutes of meeting (MOM) template based on
  • List with tasks (The list is the main topic of the MOM)
  • Tasks with sub-tasks (tasks are the Tasks Heading in each cell row)
  • sub-tasks Task descriptions as status updates with date stamps (Is the date stamped lines in the Task Descriptions).

I'd like the ability to display task descriptions as visible, editable content directly in List or Table view, rather than only accessible via hover icon or the task detail pane.
Use case: I manage meetings using ClickUp's task hierarchy: a List represents the meeting topic, tasks are agenda headings, and subtask descriptions contain date-stamped status updates. This structure is essentially a living Minutes of Meeting (MOM) document. Today, there's no way to see and edit all those descriptions inline without clicking into each task individually.
  • The biggest problem is an editable "Description"column option in List/Table view that renders the full task description as readable, editable rich text in the row
  • Ideally with adjustable column width so descriptions can be wide enough to read comfortably
  • Combined with the ability to hide all metadata columns (status, dates, assignees), this would create a clean document-like view built entirely from task data
Current workaround: Using a stripped-down List view with no metadata columns and the task detail pane open on the right. This works but only shows one description at a time and requires clicking through each task.
