We would appreciate the ability to view the duration each task spends in every status within the Gantt view. Ideally, the task bar would display not only the current status color, but also a visual history of prior status changes, with corresponding dates visible on hover.

Additionally, it would be highly valuable to generate reporting on the average time spent in each status across all tasks, measured in days.
