Yep, recognize this very much. In Template Center my own templates where always on top. Now I see "Featured Templates" first. These templates are not very usefull for our users. I prefer them to see our own Templates first, these are the ones they should use.
I get feedback that they don't see the templates immediatelly (on top) and they see a kind of ads. Not could for usebility.

Its not a great fix but i use Tags to group my templates.

I only want to see the templates I've created on the default template selection screen. Or, at a minimum, please display my templates above the "Featured" template. (Displaying featured first feels more like amazon.)

Good suggestion. Another thought: This could be addressed differently with starring or favoriting the template/checklist.
