Improvements to the Audit Log

It would be great when using the audit log if there was an additional column that provided the name of the item/area impacted. Ideally under Tasks, Fields, and Heirarchy, there would be a column that listed the name of the task/custom field/list etc.
For example, I've run into issues where custom fields were changed and I'm not able to easily or quickly identify who made the changes and when. I would like to be able to search for the custom field by name in the audit log because at the moment the only information I can find specific to the custom field impacted is by expanding the line item and using the object ID (which isn't very helpful).

It would also be wonderful if just the name of a deleted task was added to the audit log. We recently had a number of tasks go missing, we don't know what the task ID was before they were deleted and so the audit logs have not been terribly helpful because we don't know what the names of the tasks are that were deleted.
Just having more details and information like this in the audit log would be much appreciated.
