The company I work for recently switched to ClickUp at my request—we were previously using Trello. Although the transition was challenging, ClickUp is more feature-rich overall.

The main complaints and difficulties have been about the design.

While the interface is clean, it lacks color and contrast. This made the transition even more difficult, and there was significant resistance to adopting the tool. Some team members are still using Trello alongside ClickUp due to these design differences. Even as a frequent user, I sometimes struggle to distinguish different elements because everything seems visually merged, with no clear separation.

I believe that if ClickUp could address these design concerns, it would be appreciated by the entire team and likely attract more users as well.
