Markdown support in ClickUp is currently insufficient, particularly when it comes to editing links. When I paste a URL, it is automatically converted into a hyperlink where the link text and the URL are identical. Changing the visible text without modifying the URL is cumbersome.

To work around this, I have to remember to write the text first and then add the link afterward, which disrupts the writing flow and is unnecessarily inconvenient.

Please consider improving Markdown support for text formatting: especially for links. At a minimum, if Markdown-style links are not supported, right-clicking a link should present two separate and independent fields: one for the link text and another for the URL.

This would greatly improve usability and make writing in ClickUp more fluid and efficient.
