It'd be great if I could pull over Google Docs that I had created or started on into ClickUp docs so I can just stay in one place

We need Google Docs in ClickUp - not just the embed! You advertise that you can put Google docs in but the file format is still doc.x so I would have to download all of our company files to that format. BOO! I don't want to move forward bringing in anything more to ClickUp without this feature.

You can turn all new google docs in a folder into new clickup docs via zapier. However they turn into tasks instead of Clickup Docs.

Lee Abernethy Has this been fixed?

Extremely disappointing that CU doesn't have this feature. This should be something that is standard with an application like CU.
Lauren Perfors
While this is cool, I also think that the formatting is pretty solid when I copy all of a Google Doc and then just paste it into a ClickUp doc. I'm doing a ton of that right now while bringing over our KBase.
Or maybe this is referring to a mass import option where you could upload like a big folder of docs or something?
Inriel Romero
I have thousands of gdocs that I want in CU and properly organized and doing it manually is nearly impossible with time. This is a crucial aspect to mass adoption of the CU doc feature for many gdcos users.

Yes, please! It is a pain to copy and paste back and forth. Bring the doc into ClickUp for content collaboration and export for formatting. Too much work for a seamless project management app.
