When I schedule a message to be sent, if I include an image in that scheduled message, the message is immediately uploaded. The rest of the message is sent at the scheduled time. I think that it makes more logical sense to have the image sent with the scheduled message, otherwise it is out of context and may be sent at an wanted time.
