Idle Time, Inactivity, Auto Stop Tracking
Graham Haas
A lot of time tracking software tools have a feature for inactivity or idle time to automatically stop the timer if there is no keyboard/mouse activity. Then typically a popup appears and asks if they are still working on the task with options to dismiss the notification and continue to track time or discard the time that was inactive.
This would be awesome to see as a feature in Clickup's time tracking and would greatly improve the accuracy to which time is being allocated to tasks. It's not always easy to remember to stop timers.

With this feature, Clickup can replace a great time tracker app. If your slogan is "one app to replace them all" you gonna need this feature.

Never ran into any major issues with dile timer with my past teams (video production) but I can see the value in implementing the suggested improvements mentioned on this thread.
Meme for the laughs. Testing the water here.

extremely important! It is so frustrating if I once again forget to stop tracking ....

this is a must, and quiet Urgent I think. Clickup can't be behind on this. This is extremely important so if someone forgets to turn off tracking, it won't be tracking indefinitely.

This and defaulting to billable are our two major dislikes for ClickUp time tracking. Really looking forward to smooth integrations into our processes, but this is killin us!
