Use the same HTML Template Email used by Clickup (For notifications) in a first time would be better than a classive Email

There is a workaround, though a little bit hacky:
If you put your HTML in a multiline custom field and just use this as a placeholder in your mail, ClickUp will render it as HTML.
(Though the E-Mail itself will be displayed as code in ClickUp)

Robert Hellmundt hey mate
how do you use the CF as a placeholder in email?
Thanks in advance!
Robert Hellmundt
Mykyta It only works via an automation, as placeholders are not allowed in templates (sadly!!)
Mykyta
Robert Hellmundt oh yeah, I see it now in the email automation. Thank you sir!:)

Are there any plans to add this functionality? I mean it seems to work for Sigs. It seems the functionality is there.

Actually, there's already HTML feature in Signatures section of E-Mail Integration and it seems to be working well. Some similar functionality may be used for the Body of E-Mail templates

Would really love this implementation as well - having everything work though clickup is where I am trying to get my workflow and this would be one more step in the right direction.

Hi, Would be great to have this. I can see a code function in the body of ClickApp where you can find HTML but is not working (when you set up an Email automation). Can't find anything how to solve it.

For everyone here waiting like I am: you can work around ClickUp not having HTML emails, by using Make (most comprehensive), Zapier, etc. to allow certain ClickUp actions to trigger transactional emails in software/SaaS like Send in Blue, and other external email clients and such.
However, being able to use ClickUp sooner, rather than later, would be amazing.
We've tried to at least utilize images, but the images always "break" in ClickUp for email templates we create. Even fixing that would be a great step-up for a better aesthetic!

Is there any update?
