In the activity pane of a task, messages are listed oldest at the top, newest at the bottom. However, in Inbox, chat messages are in reverse order.

This creates a huge amount of cognitive overload as you try to sort out where you should focus to find the latest (top of bottom).

(I see some people like newest messages at the top. That should be a universal setting (if it's enabled) so that I always know whether to look at the top of the bottom for a new message)
