How can I reliably view a list of recently updated document pages?

- The Docs/Recent card lists everything that's been opened (not updated)
- The All Docs table shows Doc Name (not pages)
- I created a custom card, but it is limited to 20 pages and doesn't consistently refresh.
- Brain frequently fails to return accurate results.
The ability to review a list of recently updated documents is a super basic need. What am I missing?
