This is a small UX tweak, and there are at least a couple of ways to achieve it.

Problem: when moving your mouse to the red "View your unread replies" button in your list of chats, the button will jump to the left to make space for that thread's triple-dot menu, forcing you to reposition your mouse in order to use that feature.

Fix 1: force the Replies button to already be in the "with triple-dot menu present" position. This would take up horizontal space on that row, but it's going to get taken up anyway.

Fix 2: swap the order — when Replies exists, the triple-dot appears to the of its icon.
