History log of all activities of Space and / or Workspace and searchable History log

It's my first run at ClickUp and I can see the resemblance of other PM tools in ClickUp. Except for one feature I'm most familiar seeing in trello is all activities of a board: who, when, what happened and where it got moved to, (created, updated, deleted, renamed) and etc.
What really happened and why I'm trying to see a history log?
What I found a little jarring. I can't find a trace of when I possibly renamed or change the custom field in my day one onboarding. I'm referring to my sign-up – "ClickUp setup" of my "Space" with the "Advanced" for my selection.
I basically want to reset my "ClickUp Setup". How do I reset that "ClickUp setup" and go back to my options (simple, intermediate, advance options). Do I really have to go and delete my account to start all over again; a fresh start?
Also, there's no option to see what template it was created from so I can reset or discard the "Space" and start all over again.
I'm trying to figure this out like an operation system; see how it all works:
I know where trash lives and how to restore. However, I'm missing history, for example how most OS log all activities.
The scenario I'm trying to accomplish with this feature request:
When did I add a custom field to my list view? (Did I remove it and then I'm wondering how do I undo that remove of the column that had "FUN" custom field. I have no record and way of tracing my steps. So I can't undo or restore it.)
It's been difficult for me to access custom fields or see existing custom fields when I go to add them in a list view or board view or wherever. I only see "use field from library" when attempting to add a column in list view. It's kind of a disconnect for me.
A question for the moderator, customer support, and product managers.
Where can I find those "ClickUp setup" template: Simple, Intermediate, and Advanced?
How do I reset and go back to the "ClickUp setup" prompt? (I want to explore those templates so I can guide my UX Design students)
Thank you in advance!

Access and deletion logs are a necessity. I see in the comments that this was slated for development; when will it be implemented and available?

Definitely need this feature in the software, so that administrators can easily use the feature to answer questions about who did certain things (like delete another user - for admins). I think it should be turned on for admins, at the very least.

Somebody changed a super long form, and we can't figure out who so that we can educate them on how the forms work (we just adopted clickup).
Oleksandr Zalishchuk
This is a much-needed feature. Somebody renamed the folder, and I just don't know who to contact about this change.

I too prefer a designated tab for activity/history of logs in ClickUp. Currently it seems we can only get this if we adjust our notification settings to pollute our inbox. To my understanding, those settings are limited and don't seem to cover granular events either, such as when a new Custom Field was made.
Please have a designated tab.

Audit trail of users's activity | Global change log

Is there an audit trail in clickup? I'm thinking of something different than just granular permissions.
If one of my staff delete something (say they want to hide it or even say malicious) how can we as management go and track such a movement?

Hi! Is there any chance to have in a near future a feature like a Workspace/Spaces activity report that includes changes in access, permissions, deleting or adding made by any user ?

If I could put in 500 votes for this I would. This is so important.

As an I.T Manager, it is important to be able to view history of any actions in the workspace. This allows me to trail where a problem started and how much it has affected something. As well allows me to create reports that i can pass onto upper management to see if processess are being completed in the desired way.
People make mistakes or do things they are not supposed to, this is also another reason why it is important, as it may be needed as evidence against someone to show their malicious actions.
I am disappointed to see, that from 2018, the OP this feature that i believe is important for a platform like Clickup has not been implemented.

Ability to See Workspace Edits
Jayson Ermac
As an admin, it is our responsibility to ensure the integrity of the workspace. This comes with the challenge of not being able to see the edits the team members do on workspace items, especially Space, Folder, and List settings. It would be great to have a place where we get to see all edits done to these different settings and the option to revert them if possible.
