Ability to display tasks in a list while hiding all tags... so that it is easier to quickly view all of your tasks, but you still have the option to filter with tags when needed.

[2/27] Hey all, just wanted to let you know that we are currently building this! We will allow you to enable or disable the the tags column, which automatically moves the tags from the task name into the dedicated column mentioned.
More updates to come once we are ready to release to you all! :D

Max Weiten will that also result in a possibility to use tags in automations while building the descriptions on THEN side like the other fields?

Yeah, this is really frustrating. It makes the display/presentation of data in a summarized manner nearly impossible. My stakeholders hate it.

It's 2025, and this still isn't a thing? 😭 There is the tag field option, but it doesn't have the same sorting capabilities as the tags that show inline with the Task Names; as such, both have become necessary for the things I use ClickUp for - which is redundant.

I group by tag frequently, but then still have to look at the individual tags cluttering up the end of each task name. Once you have grouped by tag, there is no need to see all the tags on each task.
