Redact Custom Fields

Allow marking a custom field as sensitive/redacted so it only shows in task view on hover/click. If we just open a task detail view, the filled contents should NOT be visible.
We have sensitive information on certain fields, and even if they're "Private," if I share my screen with colleagues and open a task detail page, the filled custom fields are visible. This leaks sensitive info to team members who shouldn't have access to it.
Redacting them would help our workflow immensely.

We have some fields which particular C-level users need to see, but when they're sharing their screen in team meetings, the rest of the team must not see that confidential information.
Feature request: redact certain custom fields by default, until clicked/unredacted by the user when they want to see that information. This will keep confidential information safe from accidental viewing when the privileged user is sharing their screen.
