Hide custom field name in board view

I find that cards in board view easily become overly cluttered and difficult to quickly scan.
One way to improve this would be an option to hide the name of a custom field and only show its value.
We typically don't need to know the custom field name - the value itself is enough.

What if you have several variable fields and they weren't filled in yet? Then everything is empty. You then have to hover over the field each time, wait a second, before continuing ... that's not practical. If you choose to display variable fields on the front of a card then they are important to display. At the very least, the option should be given to switch between: show icon - show label name.
Remember that there are organizations with lots of employees. Should we now tell everyone to hover over the fields to see what the field is? Operation and a simple view should remain accessible to everyone.

Good idea!!! And hopefully easy to implement? Compared to other competitors, the ClickUp cards still look a bit too messy ...
