Hide comments/markups on attachments in the task activity

With the new 3.0 update, you can now see comments/mark ups on attachments (like images) in the task activity. However, we would like to hide this as we could have 30+ comments on a attachments and it clutters important info in our activity. I know that I can 'hide comments' in the activity, but we do not want to do that. If there was an option to simply filter/hide 'comments on attachments' that would be very helpful!

yes agreed being able to hide/filter comments on a PDF in the activity section would be super good! and it clutters the important information. with change requests.

We use Spaces for training new hires, previously it was easy to remove comments the last employees left, with the activity panel now the only place to view attachments and comments it now becomes tedious with the answers shown in advance.
Can we go back to having attachments and connected comments displayed under subtasks, this would leave the activity panel irrelevant to continue as a "history tracker" only.

Agreed, this has become a big headache for our team. We use this feature to leave comments on attachments/images for revisions that need to be made, and now it has made the activity panel too long and you have to scroll way back up in order to get back to the attachment that the comments are on. Please keep the comments attached to attachments, especially for the sake of needing to remove them, it takes a very long time now, where as before you could delete the attachment and all the comments would go along with it. Please go back to the way you had it before. Thanks!
