It could be really helpful to have a classification or groupings for columns themselves. That way, we can have a header reference and visual separation when viewing or editing data. Consider having color coding and/or perimeter lines to show the groups of columns. Particularly useful when working with complex tasks with 50+ custom fields. Scrolling left to right in a sea of data can be overwhelming.
