Hello! We have so many people we add as watchers to various tickets, it is very cumbersome to have to type their individual usernames whenever we want to tag them in a comment we need them to pay attention to. Who the watchers are changes drastically depending on multiple factors that make setting any kind of field or rule beyond impractical. We used @watchers and @assignees and it worked incredibly well. Though we are unsure why this ability was removed, we would appreciate it - or something like it - back. It's one of the reasons why we chose ClickUp over other ticketing solutions. Thank you!
