This would be used for service companies and it's probably super easy to implement. Assignees/technicians go on the Y axis (this is already done in timeline view by grouping by assignee) and the hours are shown on the X axis (timeline view only goes to daily time frame).

Either make an awesome grid-based dispatch board view for service companies or allow us to go down to an hourly time frame in timeline view. We want to be able to see the blocks of the available times as much as we want to see the blocks of what's currently scheduled. That's how it's done right.
