Granular settings for Pinned Custom Fields
Vicky Dearman
I'd like to be able to pin a custom field at list level, where other lists within the same folder can have different pinned fields, or some crossover with certain fields.

This would be incredibly helpful, especially because if I create a field at a list level, I can't view that field as a column in the folder level unless I add the column to the folder level which creates a messy task view. If I could at least pin the custom fields to the top of a task based on the list membership, it'd be easier for users to know which fields are relevant to a task.

Need to be able to control pinned fields by Space or List :)

Every time I pin a field in a task, it is pinned in every list where that field exists. I need to be able to pin fields in one task, and NOT have them show up in other tasks/lists.

This is huge. I am forced to set custom fields at a higher level than I need, in order to have views across multiple lists (such as at a folder or space level) but then my fields that are pinned for a specific list are now pinned on other lists that they are not only not important, but utterly meaningless on.

Pin/fix custom fields to selected lists only
Julien da Costa
To make it easier to understand, I will use an example.
For example, we create a "phone" custom field in a list "CLIENTS" and we use the same custom field in another list "CONTACT FORM SUBMISSIONS".
If we want to pin/fix that custom field in "CLIENTS" list (because it's really important in that list), ClickUp pin/fix it in "CONTACT FORM SUBMISSIONS" list too, but sometimes a specific custom field is essential in a list and in another, it's just further information.
Is it possible to pin/fix custom fields to selected lists only?

Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to merge this into the existing FR so we can track it all in once place.

OMG YES PLEASEEEEE! Super annoying to pin a custom field in one list, then have it required in all other lists in the space.
Been doing a work-around by creating separate lists/folders, but that gets messy quickly. Help!

This would be a very handy feature as not all lists are created equal!
