Granular Permissions for Time Tracking and Estimates
Harald Vogl
I would like to suggest, to add the possibility to hide estimates and tracked time from other users in a more granular way. At the moment it is just possible to activate or deactivate this. Means, all users can see tracked time of other users and estimates of all tasks, if sharing is set on a higher level than tasks. As it is senseful to share at a project level in many cases, it is not always good to show all times and estimates of other tasks in this projects, especially, if there are mostly freelancers working in projects, like in our case.
I would prefer to set estimates in the task individually for people with the possibility to hide this and also tracked time from others, except the e. g. the project admin ...

The basic feature that is really necessary is to hide the Tracking time column/field to a group of users or in the worst case to the guests users.
I think it's crazy that such a delicate information is public to everyone in a software like this one.
Please consider on your roadmap this feature, as in its easiest integration won't be too complicated to develop.
This is really blocking for my company.

Option to Make "Time Tracked" Report Private
Jurica Puljić
Make it possible for us to choose who gets to see the information regarding other members in the "Time Tracked" Report .
Everyone should be able to see how much time they have logged on specific tasks themselves, but not information on others. (Unless they're a PM or the like, or part of a specific team.)

This is really not good. I've just realised guest clients can view tracked time. The reality is that what may be invoiced may not be reflective of what what was tracked - above OR below. Not to mention instances where it's not appropriate for other team members to view all time tracked. Absolutely critical this is implemented such that guest view can hide time tracked, or any other field for that matter.

Allow to enable / disable Timesheets for users (clients)
Julian Pustkuchen
Timesheets are currently enabled for all users. But this doesn't make much sense for clients.
So instead of selecting the daily / weekly budget for these users, we should be able to select "Disabled".
I think the same setting should appear in the user list. If enabled, these users should not be able to track time and should not appear in the timesheets.

Timekeeping feature
Herson Bugante
Create a feature and a custom role for timesheets. When modifying timesheets, the user role must adhere to restrictions unless the immediate supervisor gives their consent. Example: When a task is given to the staff, there should be an option to accept or include it as part of the user pipeline to do list. When the task is now accepted by the user, the timer should automatically start, and once it is finished, the timer will automatically stop.

Timesheets / team members + guests visibility
Rebecca Holderbaum
The newly created timesheets are pretty helpful, thank you!
Is there any possibility to set who can see the timesheets?
I'd prefer if only the admins are able to see all the timesheets and the members are only able to see their own entries.
Some of our customers do have a guest account but I'd rather not have them see all the data from our staff.
Any development on this would be helpful.
Thanks,
Rebecca.

Another vote for being able to lock down and restrict employees from seeing any timesheets besides their own by default.
