All we need is the ability to hide fields from users that do not need specific information. This should also apply if a task is in multiple lists.

Additionally, we need the ability to let a user only edit those custom fields if they have permissions to them. And this should work correctly if tasks are in multiple lists as well. Today a user can either edit all fields or some fields in the list where they have access.

It would be useful to be able to create fields that are hidden to most users, even if they click into a task.

This would be useful where you have to save info to a task for integration/API purposes but which will mean nothing to web users.

Such a feature will will help for sure my operations management since I would have all info I need of a specific task on the task, instead of having to hide lists with duplicated info plus the info I want for management.

This is imperative for our company to ensure we have an accurate source of truth. Having permissions as a global setting is not practical.

Without this request then we have 0 data integrity. This is a basic and fundamental requirement for most tools and I am amazed this already not available. Can we get an ETA on this if it is progress?
