Granular control of who can and who can't use the AI Notetaker

I would like to have the ability to control which users can leverage the AI Notetaker feature. Ideal state would be to use a Team association for this. For example, if Bob is on Team A, and Mary is on Team B, and Team A is allowed to use the Notetaker, Mary would not.
This would help better allocate available hours for notetaking to those who have the greatest need for it.

Yeah we also would like this feature. Theres to many notetaker in every meeting. For us it would be enough to only let the PMs to use notetaker.
