Give the option to always have task descriptions expanded

In preferences, give me the option to check that task descriptions are always expanded. We tend to have long task descriptions, and I have to press expand every single time I go into any task.

Our team has missed details in tasks due to this very thing - should definitely have an option for "always expanded" to be turned on!
