Give Sidebar Task View a drop shadow

It would be good if the Sidebar Task View had a slight drop shadow on the left line, as it's not clear that it is separate from the view underneath.
Giving it a slight floating look would make the sidebar stand out a bit more.

Finding the new sidebar with no drop shadow much harder to distinguish from the content underneath.

Guy Mannerings Looks like this is related to the new 4.0 work. I'll contact the engineer working on it to check if there was an intentional design decision or if we just overlooked this detail. It's probably the latter.
