Tasks converted to milestones should be forced to be instantaneous events in time, which is how they are normally presented in other Gantt software tools.

Currently they are treated a) in lists as tasks with a diamond status icon, and b) render a yellow diamond in Gantt View. When rendering a milestone, it should not show the task bar underneath, just the yellow diamond
