The Gantt view used to sort and filter very similarly to the List view and this feature has been changed (for the worse) recently by the Product and Development team. This has now forced me to pull weekly schedules out using the List view, creating a headache of manual changes with exporting an Excel file. All views should sort and filter similarly and have the ability to hide all closed tasks and subtasks, even if their parent task is still open.
