I think this is a necessary feature, especially for us Enterprise users, for Data security compliance needs and peace of mind. I find it bizarre that this is not a standard function, as this is a requirement for big businesses all over the world.

Please consider this a request to prioritize the development of a complete data export feature. A business's ability to export all of its data in a structured format is a non-negotiable requirement for many companies.
Relying solely on AWS platform backups isn't a sufficient solution. A true structured data export capability is a fundamental part of a robust business continuity plan.
I look forward to this being addressed on the product roadmap.

My data has to be exported for reporting reasons, and critical custom fields aren't exported. I won't be able to continue using ClickUp if this isn't fixed.

i should be able save a complete copy of my workspace, but i cannot. a file type for Workspaces would fix this. You get the idea. YourWorkspace.kanban or BusyWorkspace.kb or .cu or something

We need to export Docs since they are not accessible through the API

The tables exported to Excel are not complete, it is not possible to create a backup of our tables, or to be able to recover them.
Tables cannot be exported with formulas and all fields.

Could the Support team provide an estimated timeline for implementing this feature? I haven't yet seen any response from Support about this on this thread.
If executing a download export for backup is technically overly complicated, clickUp should consider implementing an online backup system. My web hosting provider has such a service, and executing it from the backend should not be overly complex to implement.
