Forms, no custom fields, or use 'local fields'

We have limited the use of custom fields, to prevent clickup becoming a mess.
This however limits the use of Forms, because people can only use existing custom fields.
It would be great if forms can be set up without custom fields adding.
- Just add the result of a question in the description. No custom field needed. Downside, you can't filter.
- Allow 'local' custom fields in the scope of a list/form. Basically this information is attached to the task, and not managed anywhere higher. Might become problematic with filtering however.
Main goal: Increase usaged of forms, and make it as easy to create a form as Google Forms or Typeform. Reduce the custom field hassle.
