Forms in Task

The ability to embed forms into ClickUp tasks would be very useful.
This way a client, or any teammate, can open a task and see the embedded form. They can then fill out the form right from the task.

Instead of forms being available solely in lists, it would be useful for them to be integrated into tasks and subtasks not dissimilar to a checklist item

I would like to be able to add a form to a task for the employee to fill out at the begining and the end of the job. This would be great to be a sub task.

For my use cases forms will only be useful at task level. I.e. i need lots of different forms across lots of task.
Being restricted to a list level form that is set up as a view does make sense.

I'd love it if there were buttons for multiple forms for them to choose from. We use ClickUp for our CRM & PM. So if an account manager was in an account, it would be AMAZING if they had options of tasks to order directly on the account.
