Forms 2.0

THANK YOU ClickUp Team for a great Forms view - can't wait for this to get built out more with Automations and all the other fun stuff you're working on.
LOVE that it auto-saves without me having to click any save buttons!
I'd love to be able to schedule meetings with this form, so here are some features I imagine would be needed:
- A one-way calendar sync to check availability with GCal and/or any time that's filled with tasks within that space/folder/list is blocked off and there's no way to choose that date & time in the form.
- Start Time (and End time, but I wouldn't use it here)
- Estimated Time - This would be hidden and pre-populated
- Multiple Assignees - Eventually would love to have the option to pre-assign the submitted task to the person //submitting// it - if they're logged into ClickUp, and they have the option to choose a team member.
- Pre-populated custom fields
- Pre-populated hidden fields
- Pre-tag responses from a certain field view
- Login-gate, or being able to type in their email address and have it automatically associated with their CLickUp account to populate the "Created By" field correctly (instead of it being 'created by' the user who created the form)
I also wonder if there's a way to save progress when filling out a form.
It would also be nice to be able to see form submissions in a more standard way, like Gforms or Typeform does it - Rather than relying on List view, because it tends to read too much like a spreadsheet in List view when there's many custom fields - there starts to be a lot of scrolling side to side and it doesn't read as well as a top to bottom list of submissions - if that makes sense. This would be very helpful for forms with more lengthy answers, like multi-sentence submissions

Looking for Google Analytics to be on the forms so I can track how many land on it and then never fill it out.

Headers and more customization in the Form would be appreciated

This feature has been suggested so many times and so many different threads and even has over 3,000 suggestions for this exact same thing and they keep closing it out and refusing to acknowledge the fact that it's being requested in so many different ways because it would exponentially make this tool so much better. Teams allows it, Jot forms, and so many others not allowing Docs or forms to be collaborated on without having every single person create an account is an epic fail for this. We will not be renewing if they do not correct this. And it is sad as I had such hope for a broad use in our corporation.

Ability to create a form question without it being tied to a custom field would be nice. I have long onboarding forms where I collect a lot of information and I don't want every single form field to be a custom field in clickup. Would nice to just create a short text field because I want to know a question, but don't want to pollute my custom fields with every question i want to ask my clients.

Looking for workaround suggestions; would like to be able to allow multiple users to contribute information to a form over a length of time (form view), with the form acting as a 'draft' and saving the contributed information until submitted.
Use case is multiple team members, collaborating with other internal departments over a series of intake, setup, and design meetings. Using the form as a working draft to gather required information, form providing prompts when required information is missing. Then after the collaborative completion of the required fields the form is submitted, triggering a series of automations and templates to setup multiple tasks within the same list where each task’s custom fields includes the information from the form fields.
Current workaround is a single task with custom fields for the required information, when information has been entered and task marked complete the same series of automations and templates are triggered. However, viewing custom fields within a task isn't as visually appealing as a form, and doesn’t provide the ability to prompt users for missing required information.
Tried using docs to collaboratively gather the required information. Moved on from this option as not being able to prompt for missing information was a drawback, and the information had to be transposed from the doc into custom fields which was a hassle.
Prior to ClickUp this process was completed with adobe forms.
Thanks!

Would like the ability to allow more entry space for a Long Text field

Really need to be able to style the forms with CSS to make form wider on Desktop, I believe people having to scroll to fill out the form will result in a loss of leads.
Also Since we are an Australian Company, the fact that the number is defaulted to US makes the form annoying to fill out!

Another feature request for Forms: Being able to Write with AI when filling out a form!
Rob Peeler
Adding two additional feature requests:
- The ability to use Microsoft Bookings (available with Enterprise O365, so I imagine a lot of people have access/use it)
- A full HTML WYSIWYG component that can accept text and code. This could solve the Bookings integration in the interim and many of the other requests in this thread.

Would be fantastic to do something as simple as adding in headers, to separate tasks/questions based on topic.

Matthew Dimock: This is why I came to the feature requests - just a bit of formatting control makes a huge difference and is, at the moment, the only reason why I don't move off Fluent Forms for my forms
