Ability to save forms as templates at the space level so that we can simplify and streamline the process of requesting communications materials for internal staff. We primarily use ClickUp to manage all internal comms requests so, while I appreciate the new forms feature, I think relying on each member of the staff to create a form correctly is a bit too ambitious. But I don't want to be tasked with creating several different forms and then emailing them the link because I often don't know what they're working on and what their needs are until they've created a prioject/list in ClickUp using a saved template.

Created a workspace template which includes a client feedback form... then created a new workspace for my next client... feedback form did not get created... :-(
Having to create feedback forms from scratch for every new client...no way

5 years? Even just the ability to simply COPY a form to another workspace would be good.

PLEASE for the love of all things can we save forms as templates?!
If I make a form improvement, I have to manually go into every single client folder and rebuild the forms :(

The problem is that within the BR CC AC list, which represents our operation, we need to have two forms: one for the tasks that we call X-rays and the other for tasks that we call campaigns. But for each form we need different custom fields. I can do this when creating the form, but after the task via the campaign form is created, for example, in addition to the fields in that form appearing, the fields that were added to the retention form also appear.
Since it is not possible to add subfolders, nor to hide custom fields within the tasks where we don't want to display those fields, we will have to create another list called BR CC AC CAMPAIGNS. And to have just one for BR CC AC RADIOS, etc. But we're going to have to do that for hundreds of blogs and operations and accounts that we manage.

I am now REALLY needing to create Form Templates so that I can reuse them in sub folders/different spaces.
When I need to adjust or edit a universal form, I'm having to go into each and every place where I've uniquely built that form rather than just being able to go "update from template" - is this on the roadmap already?!

Personally, I really need the ability to save Form as a template. I'm going to have it for 200+ folders and other hundred of lists. It looks like I have to manually drag and drop fields that number of times if a form template was not created and honestly that does not match the idea of streamlining anymore by doing such thing. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you guys!
