This seems like a 101 type feature. I was surprised to find out today that it wasn't just a feature I couldn't figure out how to enable. It's just not there.

This would be important for routing or kicking off other automations.

I guess the expectation is that you'd allow them to create their own subject (task name) but for some things we'd like to have context in front of it, as to where it came from. For instance "Support - <<task name>>. But we'd make the subject field optional, because ideally we wouldn't use it at all.

Ideally we could just prefill the subject (task name) field and make it hidden, so then it would just come through as "Support Form - <<client identifier>>" and that's it. The client identifier field is already being entered by them as structured data, along with a description, so I don't need a third (also unstructured) piece of data.

We'd also like to have the priority an option for them to change, but have it default to "Normal" so they don't even have to mess with it unless it's high or urgent.

Please ClickUp, can you action this - its quite a fundamental thing to have, especially since you have been updating Forms recently

I've seen several request for this, and it's been 5 years. I'm disappointed this hasn't been added yet.

This would be a game changer. At the moment we're having to create a new task with the appropriate naming convention and deleting the task requested in the form to achieve this. Such a messy workaround.

I would like the same
