It would be so great if there was a way that form submissions could be set up to generate a new list template. For example, we collect information through a form and when the submissions come in it kicks off an entire process. We have a list template set up for this exact process and we hoped that the submission would trigger a new template to appear in our space. I have attached two screenshots of the ways I have tried to make this function.
