Please add in the form creation the possibility to add Watchers or workaround for this

I figured a work around. The user selects Assignee as themselves, but you change the title of the field to "Select your Name". Then just remove all assignees and re assign to whom its supposed to go to. The watchers stay watching. I added an additional remove watcher to remove the watcher who triggered which was the bot.

I'd be happy if the submitter could be marked in a custom field OR added as a watcher. Doesn't need to be a fancy feature in any way, but not being able to track who submitted is a major issue in design as it leads to so many extra work to trace back the origin of a task created this way. Please please, just a a checkbox to "Automatically add submitter as watcher" and we are all good!

Please add this feature! It will be super helpful and will omit the manual task of adding watchers on a task that has been requested via the form.

Please add this! We have multiple intake forms for our users, where we need to have users able to be watchers and this would be a huge improvement to our currently manual process. Thank you!

Opting-in to be a watcher by answering a question in the form would be great too. I imagine an automation trigger being involved, assigning it to a "main status item/task."
In interest of protecting the privacy of people who choose to subscribe, I would prefer if we can toggle the visibility of watchers opting-in via form answers.
This attachment shows how I would use this combo of features in my Waitlist (public board view). I direct potential clients here to show the status of my art commissions.

Yes please! My use case is for a time off request form using this ClickUp template https://clickup.com/templates/time-off-request-t-194600740
It would be amazing if the form submitter was automatically added as a watcher to their supervisor's approval task so they know what's happening with their time off request.

This would be great. I created a form for reporting issues, with an automation that sends an email to the person with the details and the ticket number. It would be nice if the person submitting the form could add watchers when submitting the form who were then copied on the automated email.

Yes, please add this functionality!

For internal requests where there is a central point of form entry this would be greatly beneficial.
