Folders & Task List to have Start & End Dates for Gantt

Hi. It would be really good if not essential to be able to put Start & End Dates & Times for "Folders & Task Lists" so that they can show up in the Gantt View and be draggable. I currently use Clickup for Property Development/Construction & to be able to use the Gantt View similar to a lot of other software, it would make it a lot easier to be able to add Start & End Dates so it that if that stage of the Construction was delayed, all Task Lists, Tasks & Subtasks would move with the Folder. I have a Project set up as a Space, the stage of the Construction set up as a Folder, a high level task set up as a Task List which have Task & Subtasks. I use this set up as I need this many nestings of Hierarchy. Please see screenshot for setup. Thanks

So, we can add start and end dates to Lists, but they don't seem to do much. They don't really have visibility in Gantt view, for example.
Can dates added to Lists please get some prominence in Gantt view, at least on the same level as the thick lines for Tasks do?

This would be so helpful for building out a complete events calendar from a high level view!

In Gantt chart view, If the list is reduced to hide the subheadings, it means you cannot see when that list starts or ends. If you want to get an overview - you have to reduce to lists which means you can't see that start and end dates. If you want to see the start and end dates, you have to expand all lists and it becomes unwieldily and not really functional. At the very least, if the list took the start date of the first subheading (task?) and the end date of the last subheading (task?) - it would provide an overall idea of when the list starts and ends and make the Gantt chart far more functional. Yes, it would make it a lot easier if there was an option for tasks to inherit the start/end date of the sprint they were added to.

Dito this but for Timeline and Sprint folder start and end dates also for clarity.

I'd love to have this feature. As a work around I will create a task in the list called Due/Launch Date so it shows up on the timeline.

I also need this feature very much!! when reviewing a large project, it will be important to have scope view, boss won't have time to see all detail tasks, I think this is quite essential .
By the way, I think the start/due date in folder or list could based on the tasks inside the folder/list. The very beginning task start time and last task due date could be the range, then we won't have to setup another start/due date for each folder or task.

I'm new to click up but it seems like this is still not available? Essential!!

It would be nice if this whitespace could be removed when using the week/date view. Maybe by setting a start date for the gantt view.
