As a professional services firm, we need the ability to exclude specific Outlook folders or Microsoft 365 sensitivity-labeled emails from Brain AI and Connected Search. Currently the Outlook Mail integration is all-or-nothing (Mail.Read scope with no filtering), which prevents us from connecting mailboxes that contain client-confidential or HR-sensitive communications alongside regular business emails. We'd like folder-level exclusions, sensitivity label filtering, or category-based scoping so we can leverage Connected Search without exposing confidential content to workspace-wide AI queries.
