Hey, everyone!
I believe we've fixed the zooming issues on whiteboards but I want to confirm with you all. We also added an on-screen button to allow you to zoom in, out and resize back to 100%.
Please let us know if there is something else we're missing and we'll fix it.

Some of my team members do not have scroll wheels, so there needs to be zoom in and out buttons. I would really like to move all of my whiteboarding into ClickUp--this would probably push me to be a paying customer, but I need this. Right now, I have to pay for a separate visual collaboration tool.

Oh my goodness, this is driving me nuts! I almost want to quit Clickup entirely because I cannot do anything in my whiteboard without using my cursor in either select or move mode causing the whiteboard to zoom in every single time! Please fix this ASAP!

For me, it was frustrating not to have a plus and minus button. Eventually found the shortcuts. But, the zoom one doesn't work. So, I'm stuck at this size

I literally can't even find some kind of zoom in or out button in the control panel for the whiteboards view. I hit the "fit to screen" button and now all my icons are super small and I can't figure out how to zoom into them again! Scroll wheel on mouse doesn't seem to be working either. System needs something much more intuitive. (Like a button).

The zoom feature in the whiteboards view is a poor user experience. Rather than default to the behavior web browsers use which feels choppy, I would rather have a Miro-like experience where zooming is smoother with its easing animation between zoom sizes. In addition to smoother zoom movement, please increase the zoom increments to more closely match Miro's which feels quicker and more appropriate for navigation.
