Filter by Deactivated Users
Destiny Pidgeon
When a user is deactivated they have remained assigned as assignees and set on people fields. However, we don't have the ability to search or filter by them, making it incredibly difficult to audit and clean up for these.
I'd like the ability to filter any people field/assignees by the specific user in both views and dashboards. I also see value in having a generalized "deactivated user" filter.

Need this. It could be a security risk having to look for and reassign tasks before deactivating a user.

I would like to add that we should also be able to use them in filters. This is essential for when we are undergoing audits from the past year. Could be a feature only available to admins

Mariana Irazu This! Creating reports from past projects with people no longer in the company is a real pain without this feature!

Hi,
we often have exactly the same problem here. A user is deleted and someone else then asks for his old task or where it was assigned.
Here it would make sense if you could also search for old users or have the option to activate such a possibility. Interestingly, there is the possibility to send an invite to the same address, then the old tasks of the previously deleted user appear.

Redeeming sprint points becomes essential when we talk about a historical study of production capacity. I have some activities related to my company's Capacity Intelligence and when I look for historical data to build dashboards, I can't include people who have already been deactivated (but they remain with their history when we open Sprint). It would be great if we could retrieve this data for better productive analysis.

Time tracking/all the data for a deleted user should stay in the system for at least 30 days.

Reporting on the date/time of deactivation for deactivated users would be useful for audit/compliance cases

Filtering deactivated users would make reassigning tasks significantly easier.
