People always assign comments in the form of micro-tasks or micro-approvals in tasks. And those to whom these comments are intended must respond to them. But someone deliberately “did not see” the comment, someone forgot to resolve it, etc. Therefore, we need a control tool for the one who assigns the comment, which will allow:
  1. See all the comments he assigned to someone over a certain period of time in order of comment dates
  2. See all unresolved comments that he assigned
  3. See the dates of actual viewing of an unresolved comment by the user to whom the comment is assigned
  4. See the resolution dates of comments
  5. See a comment that he has not yet viewed in a thread from a user to whom the unresolved comment is assigned
