I would like to share some feedback regarding the current limitation in the ClickUp chat support interface. Currently, I am unable to paste screenshots directly into the chat, nor am I able to drag and drop images. This limitation significantly slows down the support process, as I am forced to download images manually, save them locally, and then re-upload them using the attachment button.
Other platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk allow direct paste or drag & drop of screenshots into the chat field, which is a much smoother and user-friendly experience.
I would sincerely appreciate if the product team could consider enabling:
Paste support (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) for screenshots or images
Drag & drop support directly into the chat window
This improvement would save time and reduce friction during support interactions.
