When I complete a task from Inbox, My Work, or any filtered list, I want ClickUp to automatically open the next task in that same view — not just “the next task overall.”

Right now, after completing a task, I get kicked out and have to go back into the list again, find my place, and click the next item. This breaks flow and adds a lot of unnecessary friction, especially when processing tasks in bulk.

What I’m looking for:

If I’m working from Inbox, go to the next Inbox item

If I’m in My Work / Assigned to Me, go to the next task in that filtered list

If I’m in any custom filtered list, stay within that list and move forward

Basically: keep me in context.

Front.com does this really well. It’s not a competitor, but it’s great at list-based workflow and task triage, and there’s a lot ClickUp could borrow from that experience.

This would be a huge productivity win for anyone who lives in task lists and processes work continuously instead of one-off clicks.

Hope this gets some attention — this would seriously improve daily workflow.
