We all know that ClickUp has a very high development speed, and this has led to a significant number of bugs accumulating over time. As someone who has been working with this tool day and night for two years, it's true that when I report a bug, I get a response from support and the bugs are reported, but unfortunately, they are not fixed. I have bugs on my reported list that have been there for six months and still haven't been resolved. Some of these bugs are extremely annoying and practically impact the workflow implemented at our company, forcing us to change our flow because of that small, reported, but unfixed bug.
I have two suggestions:
  1. A clear deadline should be set for fixing bugs, regardless of how critical or non-critical the bug is. I don't think it would be a strange thing if no bug existed in the system for more than three weeks!
2.To fix the long list of bugs, the ClickUp product and tech teams should dedicate one or two weeks to this task, and new features should be frozen so that the reported bugs can be fixed.
The truth is, I've only reported a small fraction of the bugs I've encountered. I didn't have hope that many of the main bugs would be fixed, so I didn't even bother reporting them.
