We now have a new UI for tasks at top which you can drag and drop. However, if you have too many tasks in the top, then they will appear in the "more" section. You cannot drag and drop these. I was able to workaround this before by adding to my favourites, unpinning from top, reorganising in side bar and then pinning again. I can no longer do this
