We would like to enable time-entry note visibility and evaluation for ClickUp AI Agents so they can help enforce time-tracking hygiene at scale.
Specifically, we need an agent-accessible tool or permission that exposes time-entry details per time log, including:
  • Time entry note text
  • Associated task
  • User
  • Date range / duration
This would allow our Workspace Project & Time Compliance Manager agent to programmatically detect:
  • Missing or blank time-entry notes
  • Notes below a configurable word-count threshold
Once detected, the agent should be able to:
  • Flag non-compliant entries by posting standardized task comments (tagging the user and key leaders)
  • Move affected tasks into a designated “Time Entry Note Compliance” list
  • Aggregate counts of missing or low-quality notes by user and project for inclusion in scheduled health/compliance reports
  • This capability would allow us to fully automate our weekly Time Entry Note Compliance workflow and significantly improve data quality and accountability without manual review.
